Almost nothing. The site has no sign-up forms, asks for no personal details and sells nothing directly. The only categories of data are these:
Online bookings happen on the Avatable platform: the details you enter there (name, phone, email, booking details) are collected through their platform, which processes them on our behalf as data processor. Avatable shows you its own notice and consent during the booking. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we use those details only to reply and manage your booking.
Hosting logs are kept for as long as needed for site security. Google Analytics statistics follow the retention periods set in GA4. Booking data is kept by Avatable under their policies and for as long as needed to run the service and meet tax obligations.
At any time you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to info@datrombicche.it. If you believe your data is handled improperly you can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
The site uses one technical preference cookie (your banner choice, stored in your browser) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics statistics cookies. No profiling or advertising cookies.
We care about transparency (same rule as in the kitchen). Some texts on this site — descriptions, journal articles — were drafted with the help of artificial-intelligence tools and then reviewed, edited and approved by us before publishing: the responsibility for what you read is ours.
The photographs are real images of the osteria, the dishes and the suppliers — they are not artificially generated. The site uses no chatbot or automated assistant: when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email a real person replies, and bookings are handled by the Avatable platform.
